How to make Sinom
Ingredients :

  1. ½ ounce fresh ginger rhizome and clean
  2. ¼ ounce fresh tumeric and clean
  3. 1 tablespoon cardamom
  4. ¼ ounce cinnamon
  5. 1 ounce sour young leaves and clean fresh fruit or ¼ ounce sour old
  6. ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  7. 3 ounces of brown sugar
  8. 1 pound of sugar
  9. 3-4 liters of drinking water


Step by step :

  1. Thin slice ginger and thumeric rhizome
  2. Wringing out the cardamom seeds. 
  3. Incorporating all the ingredients together in container and filled with water to drink boiled with using medium heat until approximately 2 times the maturation process.
  4. Process allows about 2-3 hours until the water has cooled.
  5. Strain the water and taken to input into a glass bottle.
  6. Store in the refrigerator to be more delicious and fresh when the drinks in cold conditions.
